We are looking for a Seafood Analyst to strenghen our salmonid team in Norway.

Main responsibilities will be:

You will be part of a multi discipline team of experts, including among others data scientists, seafood experts and financial analysts. We are working together to generate and bring seafood insight to our customers. You will contribute with your expertise and talent, bringing forward your strengths and potential.

This is an indication of what your responsibilities may look like:

• Gathering data, analyzing it and developing and maintaining models within a defined aquaculture segment
• Combining your industry knowledge and network with our available data and information, you will provide understandable and structured insight and analysis on relevant topics to our customers and stakeholders
• Participate in and manage national and international customer projects within aquaculture and/or seafood economics
  
• Identify, maintain and develop an industry network to strengthen our insight within a defined aquaculture segment
• Communicate insight on our platform Edge

Profile and requirements

• Higher education within a relevant field of study (seafood/aquaculture, financials, math/statistics)
• Relevant industry experience within a defined aquaculture and/or seafood economics segment is preferred 
• Able to communicate results, written and oral
• Able to manage and cooperate with a multidicipline and multinational team
  
• Analytical and structured
• Eager to continuously expand your expertise
